A Kona poem.

Kona

How is biking more than just riding down a trail?
Its experiences one can only live out on the mountain.
Substance above my bike parts and skill.
Of fun, about fear, to fall, and going among the features.
Off drops, with adrenaline, through the push, over the size.
From tricks, before the jump and into the leap.
Between air time and gravity, in front of the speed,
Considering the preparation, inside the strength, on behalf of the race,
Together with my friends, owing to discipline.
When biking is heard inside my mind, I feel the time
In the air and nothing but waiting for more.
